Where is Genisi Maison?
Genisi is on Provincial Road 60, at km 6.2, in the countryside near Ragusa.
How many guests can stay?
The maison is an entire cottage for up to four guests, with two double rooms and a private bathroom in each room.
How can I check availability?
Prepare a direct enquiry for the entire maison with your dates and number of guests. The host confirms availability personally.
Is the website enquiry already a booking?
No. The enquiry requires no immediate payment. After the host personally confirms availability, you will receive the summary and a secure Stripe link for the 30% deposit or, for arrivals within 14 days, the full amount.
Which services are available?
Seasonal pool available from May to October, private kitchen and living room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, free parking, EV charging, barbecue, fire pit and outdoor dining area.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
On request we can suggest external operators for paid transfers from Catania or Comiso airport. The service is not included and is managed directly by the provider.
What are the arrival times and house rules?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00. Pets, smoking or vaping, parties, events and commercial filming are not allowed.
How long can I stay?
Stays range from 3 to 27 nights, with at least 2 days’ notice. The final cleaning fee is €40 per stay.
Are children welcome? Is a cot available?
Children are welcome. A cot is available on request for children aged 0–5 at €35 per night.
Which safety devices are installed?
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a first-aid kit are provided. The courtyards and adjacent outdoor areas are monitored by cameras; no indoor areas are monitored.
