Booking terms

1. Enquiry and confirmation

An enquiry sent through the website or WhatsApp is not binding. A booking is confirmed only after the host confirms availability in writing and the required deposit is paid.

2. Deposit and balance

The deposit is 30% of the total price. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings confirmed within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is due on confirmation.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is free when notified at least 30 full days before arrival: amounts already paid are returned to the original payment method. For later cancellations or no-shows, amounts paid are non-refundable, subject to any mandatory rights.

4. Price, cleaning and extras

The summary sent before payment states the total price and included services. The final cleaning fee is €40 per stay. A cot, available on request for children aged 0–5, costs €35 per night. Any tourist tax or other charge required by law is shown separately and collected under the applicable rules.

5. Secure payment

Payment takes place on a Stripe-hosted page. Genisi Maison does not receive or store full card details. The receipt and charge descriptor show Genisi Maison.

6. Guests and formalities

Guests must provide the information and documents required for public-security and administrative obligations. The booking applies to the confirmed guests and dates and cannot be transferred without written agreement.

8. Withdrawal for date-specific stays

For non-residential accommodation supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, the ordinary distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply; the more favourable cancellation policy above remains valid.
